FlapJacked Marketing Campaigns

As a part of the FlapJacked marketing strategy, we orchestrated social media driven giveaways. This served as a method to both accumulate social media followers and in some instances email addresses to grow the email marketing contact list. The scope of work varied from photography and videography to multi-faceted campaigns that involved custom landing pages. The goal was to always produce attractive, eye catching visuals that captured the energy of the FlapJacked brand and those involved.

This sweepstakes is an example of a multifaceted campaign run primarily on social media platforms with the signup microsite locally hosted on the FlapJacked website. In this instance, FlapJacked partnered with various brands to put together three distinct prize packages. In order for a consumer to enter to win they had to sign up using their email address. This not only helped grow the email lists and social followings of the participating brands, but also gave insight into what type of fitness activities the audience was primarily interested in based on which prize package they entered to win.

The primary promotion on Instagram was presented in the form of a four panel post in which the viewer could see a condensed view of the various prize packages.

Not only were these images posted to the brand’s Facebook Pages, but they were also used in paid advertising spots as a means to grow the audience and reach those users that may not be actively following. In order to do so, the amount of copy was limited in order to adhere to Facebook’s advertising guidelines.

Goal of the landing page was to create a portal where the consumer could quickly navigate through to the sign up. Putting emphasis on the key points of prize pack value and entry deadline, they then scrolled down to an expandable section where they could view the specifics of each prize pack. At the bottom of the page, there was a simple entry form only requiring a few fields of information to get them in the running.
